No Brick-and-mortar studio exists! Not yet at least.
OAF exists everywhere!
Everywhere where a pencil and paper exist. Everywhere a pen and pad exists. Everywhere a computer exists. Everywhere an internet connection exists. Everywhere an Artist/Designer/Creative practices. Everywhere wanting to collaborate exists!
As an idea, OAF Design Studio is founded on the notion of the modern designer possessing a malleable quality and work ethic. A quality geared towards exploring and thriving in today's highly technology-driven and volatile economy. Design creatives need to be highly adaptable! able to cross over multiple creative borders to design in numerous arenas! With this in mind, OAF is committed and has placed a huge emphasis on continuing education, continually learning new skills/software, and refining existing skill sets. Thus, being ready to reinforce the educational foundation again and again. With the economic crash of the mid-2000s in the rearview mirror, during which creatives such as; Architects, Graphic Designers, Photographers, and Artists of all endeavors sustained massive economic losses. It became apparent that creatives needed more mobility, flexibility, and unconventional ways of working and collaborating moving forward. With technology and modern connectivity seemingly moving at warp speed, creatives have an unprecedented opportunity to collaborate and lift each other. Much in the mold of movements like the 'Deutscher Werkbund' of a bygone era

OAF Design Studio offers small-scale Architectural Services. Such as;
Remolding / Renovations and additions - include construction drawings, site survey, and 3D visualization where needed. 3D Modeling (Revit, SketchUp, etc.) - Detailed 3D models as well as conceptual massing models. Graphic Design. Stage Design for performances (Musical Acts, Plays, or other Performances), Design for Conferences, Festivals (Music, or otherwise), and Album Release Parties. Set Design (Theater and Film). Production Design and Art Direction (Film, TV, Commercials, Music Videos, and All things Digital Content geared). Landscape Design.
(Not a licensed Architect. Collaboration with a licensed Architect will be facilitated when needed)

OAF Design studios offers Architectural Services. Such as;
Remolding / Renovations and additions - include construction drawings, site survey, and 3D visualization where needed.
3D Modeling (Revit, SketchUp, etc.) - Detailed 3D models as well as conceptual massing models. All construction drawings needed for estimates and budgeting.
(Not a licensed Architect. Collaboration with a licensed Architect will be facilitated when needed).
OAF endeavors to take a multi-disciplinary approach to the set design process. This means using the traditional drafted plans and elevations etc. We are looking to advance the use of Building Information Modeling software (Revit) into the process. This has the advantage of building fully integrated space for the set environment. Another aspect we use in the set design process, is the tool of Photo comps to tell the story when drawings aren't quite enough.
OAF has been collaborating with very experienced professionals from the motion picture industry over the last 10 years as we move into the realm of set design. As a strategy we will continue to explore the use the Revit software on set design projects in order to make use of the capabilities of this powerful BIM software.
Set Design Services include:
Production Design and Art Direction (Film, TV, Commercials, Music Videos and All things Digital Content geared). Drafting and 3-D modeling, Field Surveys, Pre-visualization (when needed), building scaled models, design comps (Photoshop/Illustrator). Stage Design for performances (Musical Acts, Plays, or other Performances). Set Design (Theater and Film).

OAF can fulfill a wide range of services from space planning floorplans to full three dimensional visualization of event spaves with lighting, Images, and even videos included to create a look and feel that will impress clients and provide the informational tool to plan properly. This is key to avoid set chaos and confusion.
Design Services include:
