Cricket HBCU Secret Handshake

My design intent for this set was to create a tailgating world that would seem larger than it actually was. I researched vigorously and connected with numerous individuals that had attended HBCU’s to immerse myself in that culture. I designed to embody the Director’s vision by creating a world that spilled off the edges of the scene, much like words spilling outside the margins of a page. I designed to create depth of colors and activity that typifies a grand HBBCU  tailgate party.
