Conference in Savannah GA.

This was a healthcare conference at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah Georgia. There was a site visit to the location prior to the event. I had very little time to do a thorough survey on this visit. I had to get key measurements from the rooms that would be used for the various functions in the week long conference. I then had to combine the measurements I had taken with the PDFs provided by the hotel in order to accurately draw the spaces for space planning purposes. I also created 3-D model that included the Leko lights and Gobos projecting the logos of the company on the walls. The client wanted to see these projections in the space for the reception. The model also included the trusses with up lighthing and the other lighting fixtures that were eventually installed within the space.
